Refund Policy

All sales final. No refunds except in these specific cases:

• Key never activated. If you bought a license and haven't run the loader once (no HWID bound to your account), refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Product does not launch on your PC after you've completed the setup steps AND worked with support for at least 30 minutes to resolve — refund at owner's discretion.
• Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same key twice, we'll refund the duplicate.
• Product failure due to update within 24 hours of purchase — if we push a broken update and can't fix it same-day, refund on request.

No refund for:

• Detection or ban by any game's anti-cheat — you accepted this risk when you bought
• Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or "I don't like it"
• HWID mismatch because you moved PCs — contact support for a reset instead
• Not meeting the requirements listed on the store page (no NVIDIA GPU, no M-KIT V2, wrong Windows version, running in a VM)
• Chargeback attempts — any chargeback = permanent account + HWID blacklist across all products
• Successfully used the product for any length of time before requesting

To request a refund: open Chat.bat inside the loader OR DM on Discord/Telegram within the timeframes above. Include your order ID and the reason.

Refunds processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
