Terms of Service

By purchasing or using . cat, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You must not be from a country under US or EU sanctions
• You are responsible for compliance with your local laws — . cat is sold "as software" and how you use it is your responsibility

License grant

• One license = one HWID = one PC
• Personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable
• No commercial use, no resale, no bundling

You may NOT:

• Share, redistribute, upload, resell, or gift your license key or the loader
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or unpack the loader or data.dat
• Extract, modify, or redistribute the detection models
• Run the software in a VM, sandbox, or on a system with a debugger / RE tool active — the loader will self-terminate and your license will be flagged
• Use the software to harass, dox, or target private individuals
• Chargeback or dispute the purchase — doing so permanently blacklists your HWID + email across all products, no reactivation, no exceptions

Anti-cheat risk

• You accept full risk. Every anti-cheat can detect anything given time.
• No refund and no replacement is given for any ban, suspension, or shadowban by any game
• We provide software; we do not guarantee undetectability, ever
• Detection status shown in our channels is a best-effort snapshot, not a promise

HWID lock

• Your license is bound to your PC's Windows MachineGuid on first activation
• Moving to a new PC requires a HWID reset — one free per 30 days, additional resets at owner discretion
• Attempting to bypass the HWID lock = license revocation

Bans and termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your license without refund if you:

• Share, sell, or leak the loader or your key
• Attempt to reverse engineer or crack the software
• Chargeback the purchase
• Harass staff or other users
• Are found using the software against terms above

Termination = HWID + email + IP added to permanent blacklist across all our products.

Updates

• Updates are free for the life of your license
• We may change features, add or remove models, or discontinue support for specific games without notice
